Senior Accounting & Controlling Manager (m/f/d)
We’re looking for a Senior Accounting & Controling Manager (m/f/d) to join our team. Be responsible for financial forecasts and reports, day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping tasks. It’s an excellent opportunity to enter the booming AI space and join a fast-growing scale up.

Your Mission
- Financial reporting: Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports as well as annual financial statements (with our external partner Conlata)
- Reporting: Reporting of key figures (new customers/churn; turnover; costs; burn etc.) once a quarter to management
- Financial management: Providing financial insights and recommendations for business initiatives and investments
- Capital management: managing the processes for financial forecasts and budgets (cash flow planning)
- Processing and maintenance: accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets and bank accounts
- Writing invoices: via Chargebee to our customers
- Close dialogue with our external tax consultancy Conlata
- Agreeing budgets with the individual teams and regularly reviewing compliance with these budgets (together with the teams)
- Contact person for our financial institution
- Monitoring, management, maintenance and control of Moss (accounting tool) and support of the team in case of questions
Your Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Extensive experience in general ledger, accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
- Experience in reporting of group companies
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Independent and goal-oriented way of working
- Reliability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- DATEV knowledge (big plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in German and English
